Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that age is higher, to use this site. By continuing past the age notice you confirm that you meet that requirement and that adult-oriented content is lawful where you are.

2. What this site is

This is an editorial and referral site. Pages describe how AI companion services work, compare their features and link to the operators. Nothing here is a product you can log into, and no conversation takes place on this domain.

Descriptions of features, pricing tiers and limits reflect our understanding at the time of writing. Partner services change their offering without notice, and the partner's own pages are always the authoritative source.

3. Fictional characters

Every character named or depicted on this site is fictional and AI-generated, and every character is depicted as an adult over the age of 18. No character represents, imitates or is intended to resemble a real person, living or dead. Any resemblance is coincidental.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system.
• Do not scrape, mirror or republish the content at scale, or use it to train a machine-learning model.
• Do not use the site to distribute malware, to send unsolicited traffic, or to interfere with its availability for others.
• Do not misrepresent your age, or use the site on behalf of anyone under 18.

5. Third-party services and links

Outbound links take you to platforms operated by other companies. Their terms, privacy policies, billing arrangements and content standards apply once you arrive, and we have no control over them.

A link is not an endorsement of every aspect of a service, and it is not a warranty that the service will suit you. Read the destination's own terms before you create an account or pay for anything.

6. Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you sign up or purchase after following one, this site may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This funds the site. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not change what is written on these pages. See the Affiliate Disclosure for the full statement.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design system, illustrations and code of roleplay18ai.app belong to Roleplay 18 AI App unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with a link back for review or commentary. You may not copy the site wholesale, reproduce substantial parts of it, or present it as your own.

Trademarks and brand names belonging to third parties are used descriptively and remain the property of their owners.

8. No professional advice

Content on this site is for general information and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. An AI companion is not a therapist and is not a crisis service.

If you are in distress or in danger, contact your local emergency number or a recognised support line in your country.

9. Availability

The site is provided as-is and as-available. It may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting incidents or events outside our control, and pages may be changed, moved or removed at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are excluded, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No promise is made that the information here is complete, current or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the operator nor its contributors are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or of any service reached through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the operator against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.

Terms may be updated as the site changes; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions go to hello@example.com.
